Lionheart Yoga Training is designed to meet the specific needs of athletes of all levels. Tonja uses Vinyasa yoga and sport stretching techniques to deliver a unique and energizing training program for you or your team.

Tonja has conducted classes for the Seattle Sounders, FC, the Seattle Seahawks, the Rat City Roller Girls, and members of the Clif Bar and Luna Bar cycling teams. Tonja is a senior instructor at the Seattle Athletic Club.
